Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days.

• Original artworks may require longer handling times; any additional lead time will be clearly stated in the product description.

Shipping Methods & Costs

• All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a trusted courier service.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination and order size.

• Free local collection may be available on request (please contact me before ordering).

Delivery Estimates

• UK orders: usually delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

• International orders: delivery times vary by country but typically take 7–21 business days.

• Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

• Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties incurred.

• I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Packaging

• Every order is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival. Original artworks are shipped with protective materials and tracked delivery.

Lost or Damaged Items

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item. I will work with you to arrange a replacement (if available) or refund.

• I cannot be held responsible for items lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer.

Returns

• Returns on original artwork and made-to-order items are not accepted.

• Greeting cards and prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
